Christine was previously a successful spa owner with more than 1700 sq. ft and a number of stylists. “Many people don’t agree with using Groupon”, Christine says, “They complain that Groupon has lowered the price of treatments, etc, etc. However, I use it as a tool to gain new customers. I don’t have the lowest price or the highest price – but, what I do have is over 270 customer reviews with a 99% satisfaction rating – and that is what draws people to my business. They want great service and results and are willing to pay a little bit more for it”
Christine enthused “With the Dermalase, I can offer effective treatments at a reasonable price within a short time frame. I’ve heard from customers that other laser technicians are asking them to commit to 10 or even 20 treatments and that’s not fair to the customer.”
Soon Christine will begin to renovate her space, while continuing to build her clientele and revenue through even more IPL treatments and less of the other services. Her success is a result of truly working smarter and not harder.
